Ingredients:
For the Ice Cream :
8 shots(240ml) espresso
200g cashew nuts
400g plant-based milk
160g beet sugar
For the white chocolate :
50g cacao butter
30g beet sugar
20g coconut milk powder
Instructions:
1. brew 8 shots of espresso or 240ml of dark coffee.
2. in a blender, put espresso, cashew nuts, plant-based milk and bbeet sugar together and blend well.
3. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
4. once the mixture gets thicker, usually takes about 30 to 50 minutes, pour melted white chocolate.
5. leave the ice cream in a freezer.
6. Enjoy!

エスプレッソアイスクリーム:
エスプレッソ 8ショット(240ml)
カシューナッツ 200g
プラントベースミルク 400g
てんさい糖 160g
ホワイトチョコレート:
カカオバター 50g
てんさい糖 30g
ココナッツミルクパウダー 20g
「作り方」
1、8ショット分のエスプレッソ、または240mlの濃いコーヒーを淹れます。
2、ブレンダーでアイスクリームの材料を全て混ぜ合わせ滑らかになるまで撹拌します。
3、2をアイスクリームメーカーに流し入れます。
4、アイスクリームが冷えて固まってきたら(通常30分〜50分ほどかかります)、溶かして混ぜておいたホワイトチョコレートを流し入れます。
5、できたアイスクリームを冷凍庫に移します。
6、エンジョーイ!

Hi! I’ve been following your videos for years now and I love all your content. The effort you put is incredible and I’m truly grateful for your work. However, I’ve been doing some barista courses over the past year and I would like to tell you (in case you didn’t know) that freshly roasted coffee is not recommended for espresso. If you were about to brew it for filter methods, it doesn’t matter, but for espresso it’s better if the coffee sits for about a week/10 days after roasted so it releases all its CO2. I see you like the world of coffee and I just wanted to add that info to your knowledge. Thanks again for your content and have a great day!

りょうやさんがコーヒー豆を煎る動画好きです! 子供の頃、『こまったさん』という物語のレシピ本があったんですが、アイスクリームを凍らして二時間に一回スプーンでかき混ぜると書いてあり、1日がかりで作っていました😂 アイスクリームお手軽に作れる機械いいですね💕

In Turkey we use sahlep to make ice cream softer and creamier. Turkey is famous for Maraş Ice Cream. It has a different technique. You can search it from google "Maraş Dondurması" Sahlep is made from orchid roots. I make my own ice cream too. I will try your recipe with sahlep and lactose free milk. また見慣れない器具が多数登場しとるwww普段から1年通してアイスは全く食べない自分ですが出来上がっていく様子を見るのはものすごく好きです(*´ω`)そういえば街中のガラガラタイプのグルグル焙煎機前は底の網に穴開いてましたけどいつの間にか綺麗になってますねwこの間紹介してたロースター使ってほしいです!後リクエストなんですがそろそろ夏本番なので夏野菜とか夏のフルーツを使ったお料理が見たいです(*´▽`*)

Looks delicious, as always. If you add a pinch of xanthan gum to your recipe, your icecream won't crystalize and will be easier to scoop.

Anyone know a good rule of thumb for these drum roasters? I generally thought filling it half full or maybe a bit more was the maximum since the beans expand a bit when roasting.

Hey Ryoya, i have bought the same coffe roaster because of you. Are you roasting on medium heat or on low? How long do you roast your coffee? It took like 15-20 mins for me. I love you for years now. Thanks for making movie like content on youtube. I wish i could travel to japan and visit you.

It normally takes about 10 minutes to roast my coffee beans and to do that, you need to use at least medium heat. Roasting 20 mins sounds a bit too long for me though but it totally depends on your preference, so all what I want to say to you is like, enjoy your coffee😂
