That's probably the farthest I plan on taking this thing as far as power....
Did catch a boost leak that's likely been there for a while, so last week's track times are probably worthless.

Bro that thing is a monster I’m PP1 with manual on Whipple setup . You’re car is goals. How are you liking Ben cal stage 3? Thinking about going stage 2 but could go 3 or t56 mag

I really like it. Zero issues w/ lockout, and my mechanic says he wishes his RPM-built T56 was as smooth as my Calimer 3. With your setup, I'd do the stage 3, since it adds the billet gearset and 26-spline input shaft. T56 is also an option. Reason #1 why I didn't go that route: my car is a magneride car, and the system has to be able to communicate w/ the trans, and since the T56 doesn't have any way to do that, the Calimer was really my only option. Definitely give them a call and talk to to them about what you've got and what you're looking for. They'll get you set up. Thanks!

VMP gen3 supercharger 973rwhp/ 825tq. Torque rate is not very good with the GSS

Right. It's a centri. That's what they do. I didn't want immediate torque with a stick car.

​​​@@tee-dots9532 Mine is a stick car , ONLY WAY TO GO. 😂 Thats still some impressive numbers. Are all the GSS superchargers like that ? Beautiful ride you got. 100mm upper what other sizes do they have.

@@katkilr7685 Like what? Low torque? All centri superchargers are like that. Takes a lot of rpm before they start building boost. They don't really start spinning till around 4200 rpm. You can get pulleys from 87.5mm all the way up to 125 mm. Maybe bigger... Btw, it's actually ESS. Not GSS. Appreciate it.

@@tee-dots9532 😂 I did put GSS . (Brain fart) What kind of boost do they put out? I run a 63 mm upper and 5% lower. 23 lbs boost @ sea level, 20 lbs here in Colorado. I realized they came in later but I didn't realize it was 4200

@@katkilr7685 No worries. I make constant brain farts. The 120 mm pulley made around 9 psi. The 100 makes 15 psi. Stock balancer.

Weird question lmao. What belt are you running? I’m coming from a 115mm pulley and I was told it’s a smaller pulley. I’d reach out to Ess but it’s the weekend

Did you have to get it retuned after you put the smaller pulley on or you just swap the pulley and kept the same E85 tune that you had already on it

No revision necessary. A buddy of mine runs the 95mm without any revisions, as well. Logs look good, too.

How are you making that much power with the g3 kit? Thought the power limits was 950whp and anything higher you need the g4.

I didn't think it was too difficult. 100mm pulley + good fueling & a stout driveline. No reason why anybody else couldn't make the same power.

I do. 3:73's work fine with the bias plies. I can get through the traps comfortably in 3rd gear. How's the install going?

Clamp between the silicone tube before the MAF tube and the MAF tube was completely loose. Car was only making 10psi on the 100 mm. Made 15 after it was fixed.

Stock block? Those numbers scare me for mine. I have the same set up. Just got the 93 tune dialed in on the 120mm and ill do 110 on E after the winter. Ill probably just keep it at or below redline

Yup. Unopened, other than OPG's and crank sprocket. It's definitely on the edge, and I won't guarantee it won't go someday. But if it does, I'll grab a sleeved short block and put it back together. Honestly, though, I'm not real hard on it. It doesn't see boost regularly, but yeah... shit can happen. :p

Nah. Probably nothing to be gained. I don't know anybody who swaps TB's. Some people like to swap for a boss or CJ with boost, but I didn't want to. Both of those intakes raise peak power to a higher rpm, but I feel like the centri blowers make enough high-rpm power, and I didn't wanna sacrifice low end it has with the factory intake setup.

For 850: 110mm pulley Return style fuel system w/ dual pumps. (I'm using a Fore level 2 w/ dual TI274's.) E85 I made 887 on that combo with plenty of headroom.

OPG's and crank sprocket were done. Otherwise, motor is unopened.

@@tee-dots9532 that's the internet heroes acting like it had to be 1000 to be impressive. You can be fast as hell with 800-900 meanwhile there are guys over 1000 that don't run worth a shit how it runs and performs is more important than peak dyno numbers.

@@midnight347 Yeah, 100% agree. There's also a lot of big talkers that don't spend any time at the track or on the rollers. Not that dyno numbers mean everything, but it's a nice way to keep track. "With X mods, I should be making Y power." I hate that.
