I cook this every time I don't have time. Only 4 ingredients! This delicious recipe is so easy and quick to make! Ingredients:
6 eggs
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whole milk
100 g (4 oz) Gruyere cheese or any
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Season with salt and pepper
Green onions (optional)
1/2 tsp butter or olive oil for greasing the pan
Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 20 minutes

Cheese and onion omelette, and I put a few slices of tomato on top, it’s one of my favourite go to foods when time is short. Many thanks for your recipe. I think I might just make one tomorrow seeing as I haven’t had one for a few weeks. 👍🇬🇧

Always special in your recipes I always wait for your videos and I can't wait for them The idea of nutmeg is a completely new idea and I am sure it will give a very special and delicious taste. I will definitely try it I always make it but without the nutmeg, the same ingredients Also, with parsley and a little bit of baking powder and water, I feel that this addition makes the eggs moist, very soft, and more delicious. 🌹🌹🌹

@Essen Rezepte. Did you know that laying the grater on its side and grating on it that way yields better result...then you simply align grater bottom over bowl and turn upright. Less mess, easier grating!

I tried this recipe and here's what I've think. It was extremely juicy on every bite in a very good way. Not too soft for an omelet and not too hard either. The texture comes out perfect. It kind of melts on your tounge when you bite it. But what I am amazed about the most is that it not too heavy but filling. Meaning that it doesn't sit on your chest and it's neither too oily either. Often times when I have an omelet there's just too much going on and it's too oily for me. But this was perfect. Thank you for the amazing recipe and have a wonderful day😊

This recipe reminded my childhood - my father was making such omelette just not so many eggs :) another way to make it airy is to place the pot with eggs into water bowl and then inside the oven. Love it!

I love this channel and every single recipe shown on it!.. but if I don't have time to cook, I don't have time to put it in the oven for 20 minutes after 5 minutes of prep. Lol other than that though, this is pretty perfect for a quick, pretty Sunday breakfast.

Nice recipe, I do this sometime but cut a large amount of soinach and use about 2 or 3 eggs to make sure I do eat greens. I call it my peculiar omelett because it contains most ingredients use in them. I cut onion, spinach, chesse any kind and 3 eggs and mix it in a bowl. To cook it on a pan just like you have done. You should try it sometime. You can add just about anything you want, like tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms or what ever you like. It ends to look like a cake but is made of veggies. I love it and it takes few minutes to make.
