My go-to place for pantry staples? Thrive Market! Get a $20 shopping credit today: www.thrivemarket.com/bobby
My pantry is loaded with so many paleo and keto staples that we had to start storing stuff in the coast closet. We have so much healthy and high quality pantry items that i wanted to make this video and show you guys what I have in my pantry. I think a stocked pantry is a must, the shelf live on these paleo and keto items is very long, and you can make so many meals at a moments notice with them. I really want you to try out the pasture raised pork on Thrive, it's not only hard to find this quality pork, but the flavor is top notch, and that bacon is next level! Mad love..Bobby, Dessi, Rose, and Art! XOXO

I am so glad Jessica from Jambeauty88 mentioned you in a vlog somewhere along the way. I adore this channel and I'm learning so much. I feel like we are going to know how to shop better. That little secret pantry is getting added to my list of things to consider when we redo our kitchen down the road too. A little secret stash for like keys/sunglasses whatever on the side by the garage door?! Yes please, lol.

O K Right and damage our adrenals, deprive ourself of fiber, polyphenols, phytonutrients, Vitamin C, and glycogen which are brain runs almost exclusively on (fat can be turned into glycogen but it’s at a dramatically reduced rate and at a lesser quality) Saturated animal fat lowers test Dairy contains dozens of hormones and is one of the most estrogenic foods Animals as food is the only known source of dietary cholesterol, eating only it will give you heart disease and probably kill you in a few years Any short term benefits are mostly due to new found ketosis (natural starvation function, you don’t want to be in ketosis) and lost water weight due to lack of carbohydrates I can keep going, but I’m sure you can as well, anti science man. Why recommend someone a fad anti science diet that would kill her husband through atherosclerosis? Plants contain every. Single. Thing. That animal products due (minus the bad things like mammalian estrogen and hormones, and cholesterol) Meat does NOT. Contain everything that plants contains, fiber, Vit C, polyphenols and phytonutrients They’ve just discovered naturally occurring b12 in duckweed aka water lentils, so you can’t use the boring drag B12argument, unless you eat wild game every single day, you should supplement B12 You have no power here anti science man

LOL! He'll be in the grave sooner than as he needs vitamin K2 and the B vitamins which are for the most part in animal foods! Because I doubt your feeding him natto and nutritional yeast? Also how do you get your B12? There is no vegan source of bioavailable B12 fyi! Sorry, veganism is not healthy! Ask Jordan Ruben or that Australian baby who got either sick or died because their parents were sickly vegan. The government held the parents accountable too!

Hi Bobby, a brand new subscriber here! Have watched a lot of your shopping tips from the channel and have been enjoying the cooking videos now as well. I do have one question for you...is that a toaster oven that you have tucked underneath your island? If so, does it not get too hot in that enclosed space? My husband and I travel around the country in a camper (cooking most of our meals from scratch) and have considered replacing the stock microwave with a quality toaster oven. Any input would be much appreciated, thanks.

when i lived in Calgary, the farms outside of the city would sell pasture raised grass fed beef, goat, pork, lama, etc. we don't eat pork but it was available. we would usually buy goats whole and if you have the space you can buy a cow. and some of the wholesale farms sold by the animal. which was way cheaper but you do your own processing such as skin removal, organ removal, etc.
