What can I do about a hostile executor? He threatens to financially ruin me if I don't go along with what he says. This even involved me giving him access to my bank account via internet banking and commanding me to link my deceased mother's bank account to mine, giving him complete control.

Hi what is the difference between a will and an l&d account? Are they both one thing? And or are they both being paid out at different times?

A will is document that one gives his property to certain people and l&d is an account with ur assets and liabilities and how ur assets were distributed
