Hi Esther! Just wanted to say I’m 42 and I’ve only just decided what it is that I want to do career wise. I went back to university last year to do my degree in mental health nursing. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, things go the way they’re supposed to ❤

Im 34 and im just starting to feel comfortable with myself and with what i want in life. Its normal to feel stuck. My 20s were fun but i think 30s is where life really begins. Growing old is a privilege not afforded to many. Enjoy everyday moments even the ones where we feel a lil bit lost 🥳🥳🥳

@@agoodlif3 i know the feeling. I felt like i had to achieve everything and become ‘adultier’ as i turned 30 i put so much pressure on myself. But now im more confident with myself and more at peace with life. Your 20s are for chaos go easy on yourself you will find your own pace 🤗🤗

hi esther :) you don't have to attach a label to yourself. you can just be esther (someone who likes coffee/youtube etc). as humans we are allowed to have multiple identities & interests. just take it easy & learn more about the topics you find interesting! no choice is perfect, every choice has consequences; whether positive or negative

Esther! every time i watch your video, your storytelling and how you film+edit, how you take care of your people, I often think I wish I had that talent cuz it’s so priceless.!💎 I learned from you since 20 that even if I'm not good at those, I should be good to my people and find what ‘I’ am good at! and it’s been 4 years with lots of small failures/successes and now I can see that I'm doing “a little bit” better haha but that makes me super proud! I believe you'll find something to keep pushing, and I believe you’re gonna do a great great job❤️ take your time fully we support you in whatever it is

Cant believe how big the cats have grown! Also, I feel like people think at 30 things just click - but a lot of times its just less insecurities and being more comfortable with yourself and your new journeys! We just learn to enjoy the moments better :)

Maybe "right" choices don't even exist. Maybe we just need to do what we want to in that exact moment of life. Annd it feels like choices we're making just show us what suits us and what don't. It helps us to understand who we are. So it can't be right or wrong. We just exploring this world.

thank you for sharing and being vulnerable with us Esther! appreciated you sharing your thoughts 🤍 I’ve also turned 30 this year and I do feel lost too.. thank you for making me feel less lonely in this sense. I wonder if we’re being pressurised by the “big 3” but I told myself no matter what I choose to do, I want to lead a life where I can look back and have no regrets. rooting for you in this journey 🤍

Hi Esther! Life has a way of unfolding on its own, regardless of how much we try to control it. There's so much pressure from society to have everything "figured out" by a certain age, but the truth is, we're all just continuously figuring it out as we go along, aren't we? I've found that I often get stuck in overthinking and worrying about the future, which can be paralyzing. But my therapist once shared a comforting perspective with me - future problems don't exist because they haven't happened yet. My therapist also told me about a theory that might be helpful for you. It's about circles of influence, control, and concern, and it resonated with me. The theory explains three concentric circles of different sizes, with the center circle representing the things we can control - our thoughts, beliefs, interpretations, and judgments of external events. These are the things we should focus on. The next circle is everything we can influence, which includes some factors within our control and some that aren't. We can control our efforts in this circle but not necessarily the outcomes. The outermost circle is the circle of concern, which includes external factors, challenges, and circumstances that we care about but can't control, like the economy, climate, and other people's actions and feelings. The point is that we can control our thoughts and beliefs, but most things fall outside of that central circle. positivepsychology.com/circles-of-influence/ So, enjoy where you are right now! 30 is still so young! Focusing on small wins and taking steps every day is okay, rather than feeling pressured to have a long-term plan. I hope this resonates with you as much as it did with me. Take care! 😊

Hi esther🌅 im also near my 30's, unlike u all within my age ,i dont have any. No work, not financially able ,zero in my bank ,no house ,no car no hobbies just tired ,full of anxiety, & still waiting for an exam to have a work. Not like in america we dont have a lot of choices here. We cant do jobs or partimes are very hard also even with the process of being IN to be part of that company /work. Im a freeloader here in my old parents house. No idea what to do next. Im lost also most of the time ,i dont have the energy to socialize & being into relationships or having kids. I feel im stuck on the things i should have done but i guess thats what my life is. My pet is my only comfort nowadays . Hope u & june & the catties are both well all the time.☀️🙏

Thank you for letting us into your life and thoughts Esther! Your journey in career, family, and life is truly inspiring, and I'm grateful for your openness with the public. As someone who's followed your journey for a while, I always eagerly anticipate your updates, finding them both uplifting and motivating :) Wishing you all the best, and praying for your continued journey in career & wedding! Your presence on KZfaq is a true gift. While watching your latest catch-up, a verse came to mind-it's a popular one, but it felt fitting: Matthew 6: 31-33 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Thank you so much for sharing & love you!

I think instead of trying to figure it all out... Try to be happy... because a lot of people have jobs etc... but aren't happy... so, how do we measure happiness... it's having a good day... that's goal... have as many good days as possible... some days you will do absolutely nothing, but it was still a good day... some days you will be exhausted... but it was still a good day... some days will be horrible... and on those days... you will depend on God, June, and your family to lift you up... and that's it... plus... I hope you know there's a bunch of people who watch your videos and will show up for you... and will be sad, but understand if you quit KZfaq... We do love you... even though that's a big word... but it's true...

Not even 30 yet, ugh to be that young again. Lol😂 jk I'm in my 30s, and I'm making a whole life change. I think it's not uncommon for people to change or have no idea what they're doing in life throughout life. 20s, 30s, 40s. I heard from a podcast, the Dr. John Dellany Show, that his mom went back to school to get her PHD at 50 or 60 years old! People decided and changed all throughout life and there's no shame in that!
