Hi! A little fun (might be disturbing to some ) fact about the word "boba". Boba, mostly made with a special type of seaweed so it "should" be vegan, is a popular add-on to tea or milk tea back home (Taiwan). And the word "boba" actually means "big chest woman"... So we don't call it boba back home, but we call it "pearl" because it looks like black pearls. I was shocked when I moved to the US 10 years ago and heard people say "Let's get some boba" lmao. ~~~~~~~~~THE MORE YOUR KNOW~~~~~~~~~~~~ Random Fact from an international butterfly that you might not want to know and can probably ruin your life when you order boba next time XD~~~~~~ PS: THANK YOU, Cassandra! I am 32 and I regularly breakout without fail around my periods. And no one my age (around me) breaks out anymore so I was really insecure about my adult acne up until last year when I said "F**k It". Anyway, I love watching your videos because I get to learn so much from them. BTW, have you ever thought of reviewing Dr Vanita Rattan's pigmentation package? I have been considering buying it for a while now, but its 135$ plus customs, so I wanna make sure I am investing in good products.

Hey Cassandra! I'd love for you to check out the gernetics brand! I use the synchro and immuno cream together as well as the argini mask I the morning. I also use the vivier b10 serum and the mgf regenatron serum from thermaceuticals. These products have changed my skin!! I just don't understand the don't pick thing. If I don't get all the gunk out of my pimples, they do NOT go away. They stay painful and red and sore until I pop them, and then they're gone in a day or two.

Yeah mine aren't as bad but they just will stay around until deflated! 😂 I'm pretty careful though, use two cotton swabs instead of fingers, then press a pad drenched in AHA till the blood stops. I've never had them spread, and pimple patches completely reduce scarring.

Are those blushes talc free? Usually powders are made with cornstarch as a substitute for talc. Those look like amazing blushes, but I would do the same thing and not use them because they are too beautiful.

Hi Cassandra, I’ll be doing ultra marathon - means I have to carry everything I need for 1 week running ultra (including food and any skin care), means I can only carry essentials, coz trying to run with 10-15kg bag won’t be fun. I need suggestions for sunscreen and how shall I clean my face before sleep at night, bare in mind I will be sleeping in a tent, no access to much clean water. And Ofcourse I don’t want to carry to many things. So forget about retinol etc, I need the bare minimum and a good sunscreen that does t break me out even tho I might not be able to clean my face properly for 7nights

Hello Cassandra, I have a dehydrated oily skin (seborrhoea sicca). The top layer is oily, under that layer my skin is very dehydrated (it has a keratinization disorder). I sadly destroyed my skin barrier looking for products that can help me… I‘m looking for products that can restore the skin barrier and give the badly needed moisture my skin is missing. Can you do a video about this? That would be awesome as I trust your advice ❤ (I hope I‘ve translated everything correctly, I‘m not a native speaker).

If the blue is caused by the veining under the skin I don't think there is much that will change that. Dr. Shareen has a really good video on it.

I believe the caffeine in the Ordinary’s caffeine + ECG eye serum can constrict blood vessels and reduce the appearance of blue/ dark under eyes, but the results are not permanent over time. You will need to continue to use the product to see any sort of temporary improvement. 🙂

@@andrewdavidjames1 I've been using this product at night for several months, and it's done nothing for me. Also, FYI, it's slow to dry after application which annoys me. I have to wait for it to dry down so I can apply moisturizer over it. However, these things are individual; it may work for other people. At least it wasn't expensive!

I don't understand this lip scrub excitement. I just use sugar with jojoba oil in it. Easy-peasy. And I can change it up when I want & it's a ton cheaper. I'll also follow it up with squalane oil with vitamin E. (It's on Amazon & it's sooo good for lips & face).

YOU HAVE TO USE THOSE BLUSHES, they are amazing and great trick is instead by the refill which is roughly 1/2 the cost and just stick it into a magnetic palette and save yourself a lot of money buying a lot of makeup that way like Mac eyeshadows instead of spending $21 you can spend $7 and $5-$10 on an Empty magnetic palette that can hold as little as four shades and as many has like 40+ Oh it always amazes me that Kassy doesn’t know celebrity culture at all how does she not know the mod Apatow is the Director Judd Apatow’s daughter and then her mom is the actress Leslie Mann🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ He directs all the movies with a bunch of his friends and also his wife knocked up the 40 year old virgin this is 40, pretty much all the movies with Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, James Franco his wife Leslie Mann so while she is a wonderful actress in her own right it definitely runs in the family so I think she can afford to spend the money but I do think you need to buy that Chantecaille product I never could get myself to buy the nurse Jamie roller and I spend an obscene amount of money on skin care and make up, I would buy from that brand the blushes or the wall from Neiman Marcus Saks fifth Avenue or Nordstrom‘s and buy it during one of their big Beauty events so you get a whole bunch of free gifts with purchase that’s the best time to shop Barneys used to do it the best by far but they sadly no longer exist💗❤️
