Valley Railroad 40: Late Autumn along the Valley

8 ай бұрынOn October 27th & 29th, 2023. I Spent some time photographing at Essex Steam Train & Riverboat with Valley Railroad 2-8-2 40. Not only being trackside. We had a special opportunity to ride in the cab of 40. I Didn't capture the whole entire ride but most of the forward run and part of the return trip. Also included in the video is the meet of the Brunch train from Sunday. Enjoy!

Great video I’m curious to ask what type of 3 chime whistle does number 40 wear? I’ve often wondered if it is a Crosby 3 chime whistle but I could be wrong I’m not a expert on whistles
