It’s early December of 2023, and the holiday season is in full swing on the Valley Railroad. The North Pole Express event runs throughout late November into late December, and the VRR runs three Christmas-themed trains all night from 2-8PM. The three consists consist of #97 on NPE-1, NH #3025 on NPE-2 and #40 on NPE-3. Let’s take a look into the festive event, as we chase all 3 trains along the Connecticut Valley Line.
