I wish I had made the video more detailed and longer but this was the first time I've tried something like this so I didn't record too much so I could figure everything out. But here is some extra info:
1. This is what I bought: www.amazon.com/dp/B08MQG6T61?...
2. No setup is required just make sure you have the Co ax cables connected on both ends and the Ethernet 2 and it will work after a minute of booting.
3. And yes it can work alongside with modems as long as you connect both ends to the TV port on these units.

Do you need to have both coax terminals on the device to be used? or can you use one for IN and OUT ?

@@bebdaumon3948 yep so you have one MOCA on each end of the coax and the port labeled TV is for a pass-through so like a cable modem or antenna, cable box eta

@@Alexwarestudios Thanks, I ordered the same ones. I have a laptop upstairs and have a coax cable installed in the room. However, never really used it. I used wifi until local kids started using jammer devices and dolphin devices used to hack my wifi. After those issues. I was deciding if I should pull the coax cable and run fiber myself or just use what you used. I decided to do this way to avoid the whole hassle. Cannot wait to use this and not have to worry of dropping wifi randomly due to local people being a holes.

Can I use this to hardwire 2 wifi mesh points that are really far from each other?

These MOCA are basically Ethernet adapters so as long as your mesh supports a hardwired mode you could plug an AP into the main router just fine. (Which is actually what I use mine for)

Dude you overcomplicated this so much lol. Ideally you want the actual adapter in the room where you plan on having the devices in so you can have a single wire running the entire thing.

Sorry about that, I was still learning how it works and everything but its extremely simple though It's literally one coax cable and then the second one is for your modem, not set up required.
