i've seen that Golden Fredddy model before. it is kinda old looking, but that is the FNAF 1 Golden Freddy. the withered one is missing an ear, plus it's got wires coming out it's eye. some of these simulated games often use models from GMod/SFM

It makes sense that if you beat it in Golden Freddy mode the game crashes because on the original if u get jumpscared by Goldie your game crashes, but idk
