I have this bench. Im 275, and I have benched 425 on that bench. It's 3x3 steel, so it can hold a lot. I put the fat pad on it, and it's great. Also, the ethos bench came out 3x3 when the west side bench was 2x3. There is also a guy from Bufallo thats probably weighs 275 and benches 550. The bench can hold up.

If I had space I'd love just a designated bench rack. I found a site that listed this at 350 kg total capacity but I've seen thinner steel 2.5x2.5 posts rated to over 1,000 lbs. I'm sure this could handle at least 800+ lbs. I'd probably get a rep comp bench pad, roller j hooks and change into safety straps as an upgrade though.
