Very thick and durable
cheaper than a hip thrust machine
takes up little space
Cons:
expensive for what is likely a single use piece

Wow. You’ve completely missed it. That is not what it was designed for. Might want to look into that a little further.

Not sure if serious…. But yeah this is obviously not what’s on the ad for it but it does the same thing. Give it a try some time
