Speaker 1: Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Aries line of ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards with LED lights.Our Aries' step are gonna have an extremely innovative design. They're gonna have a step within a step. So initially we'll see this top one, which is rather high, but if we open our door, and it's gonna deploy another step making it a lot easier to get in or out of our vehicle.So it's gonna automatically deploy when we open it, but when we close the door, it'll automatically retract as well. Our steps are also gonna have an integrated LED light to illuminate the step area so we can have confidence getting inside.Now are steps are gonna be made out of aluminum with a black powder coat finish on them, which means they're gonna be completely rust proof. They're also gonna have a whopping 650 pound capacity, which is close to double what some other steps have. Our steps are gonna have a single rotary motor, which means that when we open our door, it's gonna deploy quickly and quietly, and we're not gonna have to worry about maintenancing it.The way the steps are gonna know whether to come out or retract is through this smart sensor here.
It's gonna be an automatic operation, so when we open the door, they'll deploy out. When we close the door, they'll retract back in.However, there is an optional door delete kit, if your vehicle can remove the doors, what would have a switch that we can manually operate our steps. Then on the door side, there's gonna be a small magnet that's gonna activate that sensor.Our steps are gonna have a main power switch, so if we wanted to leave them up all the time, we can simply just turn the power off, or if we wanted to have them down all the time, we could leave the doors open and then turn it off. Because once we've turned it off, the steps are gonna stay in whatever position they're in until we turn it back on.There's even a little green light on our switch, so we know if it's on or off. When the green light is on, we know that all of our circuits are getting power to them.Our steps are also gonna have a built-in safety feature.
So if something's in the way, and the motor goes to retract, it's gonna stop, preventing that pinch point, whether it's on the retract or on the deploy side. Our steps are gonna be able to do that because of this control module here. It's gonna continuously monitor our motor and steps to make sure that there's no foreign objects in the way that may cause a pinch point.Our steps are gonna be fuse protected as well, so we're not gonna have to worry about splicing into any wires on our vehicle, just a simple connection at the positive and negative posts on our battery. All the other sensors and wires are gonna plug and play so we're not gonna have to cut or splice anything. Each one's gonna come with a set of custom-fit brackets as well as the harness and everything you need to get it installed, maybe minus a few zip ties and some silicon to seal up things and tie up our wires.The main difference between each set is gonna be the custom brackets as well as the length of the boards themselves, since different trucks and vehicles have different lengths, they are gonna be custom fit.
