EU4 Is the legendary historical Grand Strategy that puts the player in control of a country and gets them to build a massive empire. Normal EU4 players and 4x strategy players would make sure to balance the growth of their nation and expand slowly. The Spiffing Brit however is not conformed to such balanced game play strategies and so instead prefers to employ Vassals to do all his fighting for him. In this case The Spiffing Brit will be reforming the HRE as fast as possible with the intent to use the nations of the HRE to expand its borders and grow it at a terrifying rate. The exploit in order to get this world conquest is terrifyingly easy.
1. revoke the privilegia
2. Invade large nation like france. Release lots of small nations. Small nations still join the HRE for some reason
3. Invade and vassalize the small nations after they join. Simply Rinse and repeat a million times. If necessary you can even convert non catholic nations and complete a one faith religion victory. This will even convince them to join the HRE.
