I did the main quest, ended the civil war, became the Harbinger, Arch Mage, defeated Miraak, took down Harkon and the Dark Brotherhood all on one character. You'd think that would net you some serious benefits and clout with the Jarls right? The only people in the game that recognized ANY of these deeds were the Guards... so totally LAME for a supposed RPG.

from my understand from nodding the game pretty extensively, that's not why the attack speed is whack; it's worse. weaponSpeedMult is the AV that controls how fast you attack, but the thing is; it starts at 0.0, but 0.0 acts like its 1.0 which is the normal attack stored. all methods of increasing attack speed increase it by 1.x, as otherwise the result will be lower than 1.0 which will slow the attack down. however, that means that if you stack two different forms of attackSpeedMult together, you get a total of 2.x, in essence, granting you a bonus +100% attack speed per attack speed bonus past the first. it's still only additive, but its a large enough additive that it's absolutely bonkers

Idea for a new video: Heroes of Might & Magic 3. Choose a large map with many towns and choose starting hero as Dessa the battlemage. If you level Dessa up with expert air and earth magic and with the respective teleportation spells you’ll break the game by being able to outmanoeuvre any enemy hero because Dessa’s unique bonus is in logistics
