In this video, I review each of the major EUC dealers, and give my recommendations for who you ought to give your business to. Great idea for a video, show, episode, whatever. eWheels has always been my vendor of choice, and yes, their customer service is outstanding. Jason and Eric always make me feel "special" and who wouldn't like that? They've sent me free parts when clearly the fault was my own (crashed into a car that ran a stop sign). I have dealt with Alien Rides on some small items and found their customer support to be lacking when compared to eWheels, though they may treat their big spenders differently. I may try a discount vendor someday, but for now, it's eWheels for me.

@@WheelGoodTime One more good point about Next Gen - they have a website and respond to emails quickly. I'm an "old fart" and find getting info via Telegram to be a PITA.

One of the LEDs on the headlight board of my Master turned blue. I'm still under warranty so I contacted AlienRides, Adrian diagnosed it as the led dying and that it would cost $25 to replace the board. He also informed me that it was not covered under warranty as it doesn't affect the "ride ability" of the wheel. On another note, A friend of mine bought her v12 from eWheels.When she ordered a new inner tube/tire he also sent her free pedals! While dissasembling her wheel, I also installed the new controller that he had previous sent. Unfortuantely, it turned out to be DOA so she reached back out and without hesitation Jason sent her another complete board!

I bought 3 wheels, at full retail, in 7 months from Alien Rides. I don't think I'm a big spender but buying 3 wheels in 7 months is probably more than most of their customers. I had issues with a wheel I bought from them and, while on the phone, I agreed to pay for shipping back to them. Alien Rides said they would send me a shipping label. Well, the next email I get is something about how if we want to be on the cutting edge of technology that we have to get our hands dirty sometimes. They then said to reach back out to them after I take off the motor from the wheel and reinstall... Ended up purchasing my next wheel from Ewheels. Jason and team was great and even spent extra time entertaining my thoughts on some mods I wanted to do to a wheel.

Smartwheel in Toronto Canada is awesome. They provided me amazing support on my V12HS and even had me ship it to them for repair and we split the cost! I live in Winnipeg MB so that’s a huge deal! I really can’t say enough about there support for those in 🇨🇦!

Great info 👍 SmartWheels is another dealer in Canada in the Toronto area. They seem to have competitive prices and very responsive to questions when I was purchasing my 1st wheel. Cheers

Pretty cool idea! luv it. I think it prudent though in a rating episode like this to disclose any business deals or personal relations with some of companies, sort of a bias disclosure. Cool episode though.

The owner of EUCO, Rose, used to be super enthusiastic about euc's, doing livestreams for new wheel releases and being very active on social media. Now it seems like she has completely lost interest in the hobby and no longer cares much about the business.

Also, I've noticed a change a bit with Law himself. His attitude is a bit off these days and his love the EUC's isn't the same as well

I don't know what happened to Euco, they used to be one of the best vendors out there with incredible people working for them and then they fell off a cliff.

I see lots of people going for a groupbuy. I bought the KingSong S22 at much lower than retail price. If you can buy direct from factory, you could save a 1000 dollar. But you would have to fix any issues yourself and do research. I bought the Sherman OG with extra year warranty for 200euro. I blew the controlboard with hill climbing. I bought a new controlboard and fixed the Sherman myself. The bearings went bad and I replaced them myself. Inmotion wheels are notorious for being hard to work on. So a helping hand and spare parts from the retailer would be very nice.

Concerns: if you’re not electronically or mechanically inclined to break down a vehicle and shipping costs is prohibitive, a brick and mortar store or an affiliated service center is needed. The industry and the technology is evolving so fast, i would expect what i bought today would be obsolete by next year and i feel safer waiting for the technologies to settle reaching a enduring quality. But a big thumbs up for such an informative video to help advance the euc industry.

@@EUCme I might do a refresh at some point, but there's not much that has changed in that landscape. Here are the biggest changes since I posted that video: NGM no longer sells below MAP price because Begode didnt like that. So instead they are throwing in gift cards to accessory companies such as Clark, Grizzla, Nylonove, etc. to compensate for the difference. EUC Ungerground has been getting a poor reputation lately because of warranty support issues. RevRides seems to have exited the EUC space and is selling other electric rideables. EUCO is still at the bottom of the list in my book. Ewheels and alien rides are on top of you want the best possible warranty support, and the best value comes from Next Gen Mobility. Other outliers that I still fully support and believe in from outside the USA (who ship/sell to the USA) are E-rides in the UK, and Eevee's and Freemotion in Canada. 🫡

@WheelGoodTime Wow! Great update. I purchased a V14 for my daughter from eWheels and they were/are VERY GOOD. However, I often seek out smaller businesses believing they're hungrier, more agile, less scripted. Largely influenced from your video, I selected NGM for my Extreme, and I found James Van Crofton (JVC) WONDERFUL. JVC speaks well of you. Anyways, I have a ton of questions for you but will spread them out so I don't exhaust you (as always, respect). Thank you for the update. ~maverick

I am on the market for the KS S16. I watched this video, so I decided to buy it from next gen mobility. Immediately found 2 things that were different from the info given in the video. I read next gen battery warranty is not 1 year but 6 months fir the battery (at least on the warranty of the s16), and when it came to the price, it was 50 usd more expensive that all other sellers 😅, isn't it supposed to be the cheapest? I know wonder if the lifetime market price of pieces is right or is other mistake or might have changed since the publication of the video (3 months as of now) 😅

I just did a little research and saw the same thing - I just reached out to see what the deal is. Keep an eye out for any potential price changes at NGM very soon, because James (the owner) tends to be very aggressive with pricing EUCs competitively and giving a better value than the competition.

@@WheelGoodTime price is the highest that any other seller, and the battery warranty is of 6months NOT 1year as you refer in the video. I wonder wether the only good selling point is still true, replacememt parts at costs…

@@MC-ny7iw I just spoke with James at NGM about it and he said he's about to lower the price to match the competitors after hearing that their prices were lower. It appears that Kingsong lowered the MSRP recently but didn't send that memo to NGM, hence why that model is priced a little higher. And yes, the replacement parts at cost for the serviceable life of the wheel is still a thing. I suggest reaching out via phone or email to NGM to inquire further 😊

Unfortunately, I don't have any first-hand experience with the European stores except for e-rides (they're awesome), but I will do a bunch of research and see what I can find and present something from as objective of a standpoint as I possibly can. I can't promise exactly when the video will happen, but I will definitely do research and try to make a video about it in the future!

V14 or master pro v2 ? Ik the master is only 500 buck more but idk if i want more weight .. i pick v14 due to nimble n ez safety features ..but master pro v2 do got more life n speed ..but i just dnt know about the weight ..

The master weighs about 8 lbs (roughly) less than the V14, and with both having 50S batteries, they likely have roughly comparable acceleration characteristics. The Master is more of a "do everything" wheel and a higher top speed capability, and the V14 is better suited for trails. The V14 has more safety and "quality of life" features than the Master. I'm sure both would make you very happy. If you plan to have only one EUC, I'd go with the master for its versatility and ability to "do it all".

@@suppahero9861 oh those are very different wheels for sure. It really depends on what percent you plan on doing more riding of. I have the Master Pro V1, and it is good for light trails, but I wouldn't recommend it for any technical applications. The V14 is purpose-built for trails, and the MP is purpose built for high speed street riding. The MP V3 is up for preorder now though, with a 40T motor, upgraded rim, tons of mosfets, and 50s batteries. In a word, it's a beast on the streets and better than the MP V2 in many ways, so if you can wait, and choose the MP, I'd recommend waiting for the V3 😀

When i think about the long run i do want the master pro v2 ..but than again i do want a smaller , more nimble .. something fun .. never rode the master pro b4 .. im just unsure about the weight at 118 ..oh kool didnt know there was gonna b a v3 .

Btw I was mistaken about the 50S batteries - they are 50GB. But you could likely special order them with 50S if you want. It might be totally worth it though, since the MP has batteries in an 8P configuration

As long as you don't look like a cast member of The Walking Dead, you can do the pop-in. Most businesses in that area have to lock their doors during business hours currently, unfortunately.

Sorry, eWheels came up short with me too many times. Pre-order is empty promises in my case. Also, have been clear on my order for parts, they sent the wrong part, and asked me to cover shipping for their mistake. I say Rev Rides.

I actually did have a segment dedicated to Ride One, but ended up scrapping it because they only ship to Canada and therefore the interested market is fairly small. I also scrapped that portion in the interest of keeping the video shorter. Nevertheless I have great respect for them, and give them a big thumbs up 👍
