I’m having the same problem with mine. Although it’s the newer 2k. Wry I was setting it up I accidentally disconnected the wires you showed and I thought I put them back together properly but I’m still having the same problem. What color wires did you match up to fix this.

Hi, I contacted black to black and red to white and this fix mine. Maybe yours another problem.
