How do you do a factory reset on the Homebase 1? Mine has been flashing red for days now, it keeps saying it's updating, I've tried everything nothing works, I can't seem to find a way to factory reset

Hi any idea why mi eufy s40 solar stop detecting motions???

I’m finding camera connection after camera beeps it won’t find cameras. So it doesn’t add the pro cameras any tips to fix it in eufy app ? Did you try again with new app update for pro cam connection? I get the 2K pro cameras attached using eufy cam won’t this just do 1080 not extra 2K res ? The app won’t all solo pro to add the camera. Would be nice if eufy add said 2K pro cam come on eufy get your act together

My eufy s330 stuck on update mode. I remove camera from home base and now cant connect to home base. My camera not doing beep after i press sinc baton. Maybe can help someone? Because eufy support not helping to me. Because i buy camera not from eufy authorized store... thanks.

If Eufy 1080p Battery powered Doorbell is stolen, how will you recover the footage? Because Footage is not accessable if Main Doorbell is Lost, you can't Access the footage from the App, although it's stored in a SDcard in the Chime. BAD DESIGN.

I had initial issue with updating the firmware of an Eufy Wired Doorbell Camera after installation. The solution for me was to go into setting and turn the "Camera OFF" then turn it back on again. Then still under setting, "Restart Device". This will take about a minute. After the device have restarted, go into option to update the firmware. It worked for me. Hope this help.

😊 Thanks I unplugged the homebase2 plug it back, the light was flashing orange then when flashing blue then bammmmmm it's working again after being out for 3 days😅🤭😄 You're right all those other ways doesn't work un plugging it and pushing the reset button does the job thank you again I was so stressed out before😩🤗👍
