Me to. As stated before. The Euph is a beautiful instrument with alot of tasks actually. Sometimes we play the filling part. The other time the bassline. And often of the times we play the melody along with the Flugelhorns or Trumpets but a octave lower. Or sometimes we need to play really high. Thats why i love the Euph. Bc of it’s warm sound and it’s versatility. It really is a jack of all trades. 😁😁😁

Happened to me in an exam.I couldn't use what was my normal instrument as it was playing up, so I borrowed a friends, which was a newer, far nicer version of the same instrument. But it ended up having crazy sticky valves, which took away from the performance. I was happy if not for those valves.

I'm looking to pursue music as a career, so I want to look into a better horn. Besson, Yamaha, john packer, XO brass, these are all brands I've looked at. I would especially like one with an intonation trigger system on the main tuning slide. throwing price range out the window, what model should I go for? all feedback appreciated! once again, wonderful videos. your clarity in your upper register is something I continuously strive for. meh, all with practice, I suppose!

@Matonizz
@Matonizz 4 жыл бұрын
Lots of opinions on this. The idea is to relax muscles after playing so the warm up is easier the next day. I normally prefer I very extensive warm up and unless I really over do it in a concert, I would not normally warm down. Same time, some of my colleagues that are great players always warm down. It comes down to time management and your personal preference. Hope this helps friend. Best, M

For secondary school players, there is an option for bass or treble playing. However, in more professional styles, you're essentially required to learn both clefs, as well as another clef, called Tenor clef. Tenor clef is the midpoint between the two, as it allows in-staff playing, but reads as concert pitch notes. You can see all three being used here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gN2dlr1pvZ-sqXU.html
