Just read today that Ronaldo's heart rate drops to 100bpm during a penalty, where at the end of the game it was at 170bpm. The man is goated, in terms of discipline and dedication, and I think these tiny details are something we can all appreciate, despite which club he plays.

Memo for historians: Football Metal saw the light of day on July 4th, 2024. I'm curious to see when melodic football metal, football metalcore, technical football metal and progressive football metal will follow. Of course, we will soon experience a deep split in the community when the first Nu Football Metal songs are released by previously classic Football Metal bands.
