The important thing to remember about the typhoon is that its not meant to be stealthy or technology advance like the F-22, its designed to be an interceptor, one thing many people forget is how close some of these countries like the UK and Germany are to Russia, every few weeks Russian aircraft enter another nations airspace without permission in a attempt to disrupt travel and gather information, the typhoon was designed to be a fast interceptor to approach the foe and gather as much information as possible as well as ensuring the foe is staying away from commercial traffic, simular stuff happen with ships too, that's why European navy's are very different to our cousins in the US (you guys have it easy 😂😂)

We get to see the Euro fighter at airshows here In the UK and it's truly a sight to behold. The roar from the engines shoots right through your soul. 😂

Saw a typhoon take off at an air show when I was a kid, it's in the top 3 loudest things I've ever heard in my life, the first being a Concorde take off and Leeds Bradford Airport, the second being my Dad when I accidentally knocked the car into neutral and it rolled down the street.

I love the F-22 like most but man, the Typhoon is a beast!! Rafale is fun, too.

The air brake on the Eurofighter is like dropping a ships anchor from a rowing boat..... It's literally that good.

Lived in Northern Germany close to where the Typhoon squadron 71 "Richthofen“ has its base. They were so fast...when you heard them they were already gone.

Eurofighter sill lacks the Captor Radar and the Thrust Vectoring, both where supposd to deliverd short after in service usagage, but never came because of money. We had some training Fights against F22, in Dogfight we won like every time, at Range we didnt even see Death coming.

I see this beast yearly at the air shows in the UK. It's absolutely breathtaking to witness in person. The engines rumble you from a good few miles away, it's just incredible Also Trevor, please try out the Red Arrows aircraft, its awesome

Actually. The F-22 has been beaten multiple times. The Rafle, A-10, Mirage 2000 and a trainer jet beat the F-22 in exercises. And in Syria, the Russian Su-35 tracked an F-22 with it's IRST. The Flankers are also apart of the dogfighting list.

You should do a vid on the YF-23 it’s probably one of the biggest arguments in aviation on if it’s better than the raptor because it succeeds more in what the raptors are known for. Personally like raptors better, would love to know your opinion after doing research

the TYPHOON's airbrake gives a lot of drag - seems it pushes down your aircraft - it will surprise you initially, it takes some getting used to - but once you master it then you'll love it. it makes it possible to go very fast until a few km of the runway and still lose all of your speed in seconds and land gracefully like a ballet dancer.

The real difference is that the cost of production of this jet is around 50 millions while the f-22 is around 350 millions. The goal was very apart when they built them.

Not canards. They’re foreplanes. Interesting fact. We were on UAE flying typhoon against f16s one our typhoon took down 4 USA f16. They Americans wouldn’t let it go against the f22.
