The fact is, I am right and you know it, but you don't want to admit it. Russia's money is subject to the laws of the country where it is invested. This is how it always has worked. Russia has to pay for all of the buildings they destroyed in Ukraine and they owe money to all of the refugees who fled to Europe and they owe NATO for all of the weapons that NATO is giving to Ukraine.
