Hey bro, try pausing the video before you speak it's hard to follow you talking and the video talking at the same time. I'm not american but the reason the tips thing isn't a problem for the waiters is because they can earn way more money that way, if you serve 4 tables which takes about an hour concurrently and each table has a 50 dollar meal you get a 15 - 20 percent tip on each table thats 40 dollars you earned in a single hour. If you work at a high end restaurant a when meals in the evening can go from 200 - 400 a 20 percent tip would be a lot more profitable per hour than a minimum wage... Also if that add a minimum wage for the wait staff companies would stop allowing tips and incorporate the wage costs into the food prices.

Hey thanks for the feedback. I will do better in the next episode. Also i dont mind the tips thing aswell its only that most waiters need the tips to survive because the money the boss pays them is not enough.

I'm sorry dude I can't understand anything you were saying. maybe let a part of the video play, than interject with a comment, so on and so forth. Bonus points if you don't like play the other video in it's entirety, because then it becomes way too long
