Ireland 🤝 Absurdity 🤝 Finland In a year where Europop ballads are many in number, they stood out. Long live the absurd! And Olly Alexander…wow. A little shaky on the vocals but UK has a top 10 song here. Can we see both Ireland and UK in the top 10? The English bloc is definitely overdue.

We saw an entertaining performance which reminded us of a well produced horror movie, a talented bailarina and versatile singer who can sing and do screamo who thinks outside of the box and brings something unique rather than the same old tired girlie bop for the masses. It’s fine that Bambie’s style doesn’t resonate with you but she did catch the eyes and ears of a lot of viewers for being different from the rest.

@@omicron.lamda.ESC is the whole package, hence why the likes of Ireland, Finland and Croatia succeeded and others flopped for not being memorable enough. While I understand that Bambie’s music is not for you, their performance is still being talked about like no other. It was the same with Finland vs Sweden last year when Loreen was obviously a much more well-rounded artist and a good vocalist, it was Kaarija who got people talking because he was entertaining to watch.

I've heard many (bad) opinions about it!Like it was satanic, or something...Things that i find ridiculous!I just don't think that a song full of screams is actually a song ..

demie finale très moyenne. Je essort du lot la Serbie, l'Ukraine voire la Moldavie. 3 chansons qualifiées que je n'apprécie pas du tout: La Croatie sui m'indiffère, le métal gothique irlandais qui fait mal aux oreilles et que veut dire le genre non binaire???. Enfin la Finlande qui n'est qu'une pitrerie festive qui n'a rien à faire dans ce show... Les non qualifiés?... logique. Il devrait en être tout autrement dans l'autre demie finale, très relevée, et que j'attends avec impatience.
