Love this song. As critical as it is of America there is a very artistic feel I get from it and with most songs I like there is an underlying message whether I agree with it or not. More cryptic something is the more I like it.

I instinctively agree with ye, but Eurythmics succeeded where Yazoo and Eurasure failed (I like Moyet, but i'm not a fan of either band) BECAUSE Annie was easy on the eye...plus..the Beatles ans the Stones (the latter whom i adore) were essentially 'boybands', but that's maybe just defending the indef when it comes to Bieber and the other ones...lol
