I created a make shift lens for my Sony HDR-CX110 camcorder so that I could view the eclipse, and here are the results!
And in part two of this vlog, we go yet again to the CSA show in Chantilly, VA. It really sucked this year, no Redskins at all. I wasted my time and money.

Wow, I'm impressed you made your own lens filter! I didn't even realise I needed a filter until a couple hours before the eclipse. D'oh!

DC was an exciting place to watch the eclipse! Did you have eclipse glasses?

I just had regular sunglasses, but I didn't look directly at the sun, just the view finder of my camera :)
