I'd be interested to understand how you define your "difficulty ratings" for your arrangements, just as a matter of curiosity, as some of the hard ones seem easier to me than the supposedly easier ones, and vice versa. Having said that, this particular one IS pretty challenging. And undeniably beautiful, too. Which probably is what my comment should have started with.

It's definitely a contentious discussion but it falls somewhere between "technicality" and "musicality" as well. It's sometimes hard to play technically simple music in a way which actually conveys the spirit of the piece, and some pieces need it more than others! Medium is a weird category because there's not really a solid definition of what that might mean, so for something that I haven't deliberately simplified, if in doubt I'll mark it Hard.
