check the oem gasket diagram for the proper gaskets. i think the two bolts that bolts the drain to the pan needs its own seperate o ring gaskets along with the gasket for the tube.. atleast thats how it is on the evo 8 and 9.

The drain at the pan is a notorious for leaking. A lot of people will rtv a gasket for them rather than the thin paper gaskets normally bought. Although if you get it just right the gasket will work. But it's not an unual leaking culprit. There and the oil pressure sensor both are super common. Either way right on man lookin good!

Replacing the turbo on my Saab was a nightmare lol. I ditched all but 1 hard line and went to Flex lines..made life worth living again. Sweet Evo btw.

I had a 97 eclipse with 4g63 and the first turbo swap sucked, but 3 or 4 swaps later and I had it down to about 3hrs! For the record, you are NEVER going to stop the oil return from seeping, DSM’s notorious for it lol nice evo tho!
