Hey Evan, we saw that you received one of our flanges with surface rust on it. Unfortunately that is the nature of mild steel. If its near moisture it could develop surface rust. The packaging is sealed in the front with plastic, however in the rear it's cardboard. It depends on how it was handled with the person you bought it from. If they had a humid environment for where it was stored, the cardboard could have absorbed moisture and got through to the product. A quick second on the belt sander and it's good as new!

I thought the cold side of the first turbo was going to feed the secondary turbo. This looks like the Exhaust side will spool the secondary turbo . Where is the cold side of the first turbo feeding ? I’m pretty sure the cold side on the smaller turbo is suppose to feed the inlet of the second turbo. Compounded fresh air from turbo 1 feeds inlet of turbo 2 .

So with that second turbo sitting rt there...what about your coil packs with that much heat rt next to it?

The pipe for the intercooler is going to look very weird, also I think you're doing the turbo set up backwards

The small turbo feeds exhaust to the big turbo and then the big turbo forces air into the small turbo there for you get quick spoil and big boost numbers and not work either turbo as hard
