★ RULES ★
-If a pokemon faints, it must be permanently placed inside PC Box
-Can only catch the first pokemon encountered in each route.
-Must nickname every pokemon caught (will be named after someone in Fruit Nation)
-Every wild pokemon encounter, static pokemon encounter, trainer pokemon, and items received in the wild are randomized.
-If we black out, we lose.
-Each encounter is paired with each other making them "soul linked"
-If one person fails to catch their encounter or knocks it out, the other person forfeits the encounter as well
-If one persons Pokemon in a soul link is put in the PC or knocked out than the other linked Pokemon must follow/share the same fate
-No repeat of primary types across both parties
-No pair may share the same primary typing

Wild and Trainer Pokemon, aside from very special encounters, follow the last 4 moves in their pool wheel you encounter them. Which means that Tyranitar only would ever have Sandstorm, Screech, Scary Face, and Rock Slide at level 20.

I know this'll be really late fruit but just as an FYI the mons will know the LAST FOUR moves from its level. So T-Tar for example at 20 only has Scary face (19), Rock Slide (14), Screech (10) and Sandstorm (5). So the Bite and Fang fears were unwarranted...but still funny to watch. Hope it helps for the future!

As an FYI: whenever you're looking up the moves of a wild/ trainer Pokémon they will always know the most recent 4 moves based on their level. So at level 20 Tyranitar knows Sandstorm, Screech, Rock Slide, and Scary Face. There's no need to stress about it having other moves like bite it the fang moves.

I can think of one way you can encounter something in Solaceon Town. If you find a pair of breedable Pokemon (same egg group, opposite sex - egg is usually the female's species) you can make a backup baby with control of the types you get. Youd need to make a spreadsheet or something to figure out an optimal pair, but that sounds like a lot of work for a small chance at a Lv 1 baby
