Golly, that is beautiful. A lot of the world’s problems would go away if we just stopped and listened to more men’s choirs. Whether is it the Russians, the Welch or the orthodox churches, men’s choirs can be so beautiful.

Almost no words for this magnificent music and voice. I’m English and this sounds so very beautifully, Russian. Without knowing the words you almost instinctively know it’s about pain, suffering, searching for reasons and why. Then there’s the bells that you identify with hope and love. We don’t, here, hear the bells ringing across town and country so much anymore. Certain occasions but it’s far less. It gave you that regular feeling of belonging. This video hits your feelings central. It’s so perfect to the ear, the heart and all that is wonderful and wise. ❤❤🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗👌👌👌❤️🌺 🌈 🌈

" Вечерний звон...вечерний звон... Как много дум наводит он... О юных днях в краю родном... Где я любил , где отчий дом..."

This video haunted me thru the night. Today I looked up the lyrics (in English, so here may be more or less to my perception of this beautiful tune). The message seemed to be one of wisdom, as it deeply touches the heart of those who've lived, who've suffered and been forced to ponder to what end is this human experience on Earth. I grew up hearing the 'bells' record events and time. Then, someone bought a house down the avenue and, absurd as it was, became offended by 'the bells.' The bells were, consequently, silenced. Was this a reflection of humanity, of time or of an agenda? We were a better human experience, back in the days when 'the bells' were there to speak to us. This sound of this video harkens to that as well.

The soloist is incredible. That’s good musicality right there. Super sensitive and good control over his instrument.

Those Evening Bells Those evening bells! Those evening bells! How many a tale their music tells of youth, and home and that sweet time, When last I heard their soothing chime. Those joyous hours are past away, And many a heart that then was gay Within the tomb now darkly dwells And hears no more these evening bells. And so 'twill be when I am gone; That tuneful peal will still ring on while other bards will walk these dells, and sing your praise, sweet evening bells.
