wonderful video, this got me to finally order medik8 retinal and the epionce serum. would love to see a chart showing an example monday-friday and how you would switch up each night (of course it can always change depending on what you need, but just a generalization of how to fit it all in during the week would be awesome). thanks for everything you do and being a great source of knowledge and inspiration!

I’ve read some interesting info about the use of GHK-Cu (copper peptide) prior to red light treatment. You might find researching that informative too❤️ I use the NIOD, highly recommend!

I use Benton’s green tea serum morning and night. It’s so inexpensive but SUCH a high quality serum! It has so many different parts of the green tea plant in it, no filler ingredients, it’s nice and light, plays well with anything. I’m not using a red light mask (yet) but for anyone out there wanting a good green tea product for red light use-try the serum from Benton! I’ve gone through several and it does hydrate and even brightens/tones over time. It’s a must for me!☃️🎄

Have you ever heard of NCN skincare? They have a copper peptide serum you might want to check out. I alternate copper peptide and vitamin C in my morning routine.

@@1TLA7 I had pretty bad tendonitis in my elbow that wasn’t getting better wearing an Incrediwear sleeve 24/7 for weeks. I use the Celluma 30 min a day so far it’s been about 10 days and the pain is subsiding. I’m hopeful my right hand that has a trigger finger and very stiff and painful will also improve over time.

If you're in the mood to try something new for the new year, though it is quite pricey, the recent DEJ serum by Revision is completely Next Level!! I've recently switched my retinal over to the Medik8 too and loving it - the consistency is great and so easy to spread around. I go just past my jawline, but also learned my lesson on trying on my lower neck.😆

Hey Debbie! I knew someone else would be able to say it better than me, so this is copied and pasted, but hopefully it helps! Fulvic acid appears to assist in every stage of cellular rejuvenation. It helps to neutralize toxins and transport nutrients to skin cells. By improving cellular metabolism, fulvic acid can reduce inflammation and diminish wrinkles. After a single application, it also helps brighten, tone, and rejuvenate the skin

The copper petptides are what you want to make sure not to mix with the LAA form of Vitamin C. Your mixture shouldn't cause irritation. Did the tingles last awhile or did any irritation occur afterwards?

I use both the needless serum in the day and then the Niod CP at night . I just bought the Medik8 in the #1 to start out with cause i didnt have good luck with Trent or retinols before so im trying to slowly add that to my skincare . I use the DDG peel pads love them too did u see the BF holiday deal with the 15$ box that was a good deal i got 1 wish i got a few went back to get more and they were all sold out . I also use Reviv EGF serum love that stuff too , those are my main actives i cant use Vitamin C or i would be putting that in somewhere too. I love me some skincare . I am really wanting to get that Current body redlight mask , i have been eyeing forever but its pricey so i have been watching alot on it and if red light was really worth it because i bought devices before and didn't see results then got annoyed ans stopped and wasted my money .

@@MandyDavisMUA Yeah it was on the sneak peak for black Friday then u had to go under DDG to find it well atleast I did and I'm so mad at myself for not getting more boxes u got 10 for 15$ plus they had a 25$ GWP of a pack of 3 u get 5 of them for like 19$ so that's double for less . Yes super mad at myself..lol . I am really wanting one of those red light therapy mask I keep talking myself out of it and it would have been a good time to get it , I could have bought 1 with all the money I spent on crap this week .

I’ve only been using the Neutrogena Rapid wrinkle cream on my face for retinol for the past 3 yrs (I’m 31) and now looking to buy the Medik8 crystal Retinal. Could you advise which one I should start with? The 3 or 6..? Thank you

I would probably start with the 3. When I first started using it, I reached out to their team on IG and told them I had used tret in the past and was well versed in retinol and retinals, and they still suggested that I start at 6.

if i use the TT transdermal c balm at night for my moisturizer can i still use the needless serum before my retinol?? i think TT is a different form of vitamin c isnt it? sorry for all these questions!

From what I understand, you can use Vitamin C derivatives (which the C balm is) with the copper peptides. I personally would do it, but you may want to double check with your aesthetician. xoxo

I was under the impression you shouldn’t use the copper peptides with retin A. I called NIOD and they will tell you no acids and my agency has the same ingredients as yours plus transamic acid.. I thought they would’ve been more helpful. What does Amber say? I use needless with my niod on the opposite night as my agency. Love the beta glucan!

The main thing I have seen is the vitamin c. I have had no issues with tret and copper peptides and know other aestheticians that use them in the same routine. And mine are typically used a few hours apart. But you can definitely alternate too. ❤️

I keep reading you shouldn't combine copper peptides with Retin-a/Retinols/Tretinoin - i thought because it has a negative effect on its efficacy of both ingredients .. Anybody else heard this? .

I have seen lately that it has been more debunked and as long as you don’t get irritation it’s fine. The LAA vitamin c makes them both less effective for sure. But you can definitely use it in the morning if you don’t want to combine it with retinols.

I am so glad I am not sensitive, as this could be a very personal question. And indeed it is. I have hypothyroidism, and a loss of eyebrows is a symptom.
