The end was even more funny, when he owns up to Chelsea, like "I have these flashes of images I have to tell you about, or I'll go crazy..." Then proceeds to relay the circus story to her and spreading the trauma.

Ah, I see clearly why I love this show. It is black humor, but so exquisitely crafted from only the finest of ebony, carbon-fiber and onyx materials. You can just see the tortured souls finding release in the writing room. "20 years of writing scripts for x-rated movies has led me to this point..."
