My last update of our Ever After High doll collection was way back in November of 2015, so it was past time to do a new video. Plus, hundreds of you have asked me to make an updated video of the new Ever After High dorm rooms that I've created for my daughter's dolls since then so you could see them all in one place. So how could I refuse?
One thing that makes the process of creating dorm rooms easier is that Mattel and Ever After High tell us exactly who rooms with whom (except when they don't). For example, on their website, we know that Ashlynn rooms with Briar, Faybelle with Bunny, Darling with Rosabella, and so on and so forth. For some characters, however, the books reveal the roommate, like Daring Charming (who is a doll now) lives with Hopper Croakington II. And for still others, the story "books" that came with the doll reveal their roommate (like in the case of Justine Dancer, it's Ramona Badwolf).
For the known roommate pairings thus far, I've created Ever After High dorm rooms (again, thus far is as of tonight, May 30, 2016). Here are the Ever After High settings I've created thus far:
1. Apple White & Raven Queen's dorm room
2. Ashlynn Ella & Briar Beauty's dorm room
3. Lizzie Hearts & Duchess Swan's dorm room
4. Kitty Cheshire & Maddie Hatter's dorm room
5. Holly & Poppy O'Hair's dorm room
6. Darling Charming & Rosabella Beauty's dorm room (my favorite)
7. Faybelle Thorn & Bunny Blanc's dorm room
8. Blondie Lockes & CA Cupid's dorm room
9. Ginger Breadhouse & Melody Piper's dorm room
10. Farrah Goodfairy & Meeshell Mermaid's dorm room (although as of today, May 30, 2016, there is no Meeshell Mermaid doll yet available for sale).
11. Cerise Hood & Cedar Wood's dorm room
12. Dexter Charming & Hunter Huntsman's dorm room
13. The Beanstalk Bakery & Cafe
14. The Wonderland Haberdashery & Tea Shoppe
Rooms I have not yet created:
1. Alistair Wonderland's - no roommate announced
2. Daring Charming - he just came out. His roommate is Hopper Croakington II. Until I am sure there will be a Hopper doll, all Daring will get is a bed.
3. Justine Dancer & Ramona Badwolf - again, we don't know if Ramona will be a doll yet. No point wasting energy on a dorm room.
4. Crystal Winter - I will make her a dorm room for herself.
5. Courtly Jester & Mira Shards - each of these baddies have beds, but we don't know whom their roommates are. So I will probably create a room just for each of them as well.
In this video, I also show you our burgeoning Ever After High doll collection as well. We are running out of space in our very small house! Time to move, I guess...
