This made me very curioud. As an old teacher and development planner, I find that the process looks rather simple, and straight forward. However, I would believe that you may benefit from evaluating how each of the components interact and support each other, and how much time you anticipate to spend with a client or group on each step if s/he/they want/s to go through the whole process? Who and how would you evaluate success? How do we formulate indicators for success? Are they focusing on the end result or and outcome of each step? How and when do you move from awareness to developing the vision, and then the plan? I also wonder how you address and integrate time in each of the steps. Are we talking about days, months or years ? Thank you!💐

5 simple steps, but they are necessary to make an inspiring life. And the beauty of coaching is that we can think that when we know these steps we don't need a coach anymore, but in fact, due to our nature, we always need someone to help us seeing new ways, helping clarifying the situation, the vision and the path toward our goals. It's an endless process of a human serving another one :) Thanks for this awesome video!

It's pretty broad niche if you ask me, it could be a good place to start! I would suggest make it even tighter by defining how your clients look like.
