Congratulations to you and your father for successfully completing the trek. What preparation you and specifically your father did from fitness point of view for the trek?

Thank you so much 😊 We did not do anything for fitness. But, we learnt some things while trekking that we should walk slow and drink plenty of water. These are the main tips which we will suggest to people. Some other tips are also there which are important.
