The thing with Unai is he can see players who would do better in a different position. But with Dobbin i think we'll loan him out, raise his value and then make a profit. The only error we point to is letting Philogene-Bidace leave, but he wanted first-team football every week which he wasn't realistically going to get. And even now he wouldn't get in ahead of Rogers or Diaby. Most academies now will get themselves a diamond every few years but the main job is to improve the young players and get fees for them. Currently i can only see Omari Kellyman and Rory Wilson making it into our first-team squad
