I don't know if this is helpful 6 years later... but maybe it will help someone else. Tune the evertune to drop c and then tune the low C with the tuning peg up into zone 3 all the way to D. Congratulations, you're in D standard! When you want to play in drop C, drop the tuning peg down to zone 2 and the bridge will take over when you hit C. Doing this, while in D standard, your low string acts as it would on any other guitar. While in drop C you can have it anywhere in zone 2. NO bend, bend, however you prefer to take advantage of the Evertune

It's possible as long as the wood around the bridge area is solid and the EverTune can be installed into it securely.

Schecter Hellraisers are fine, if you have a TOM bridge you require our G model, if it's a Hipshot it's our F model.

The ESP Eclipse has a angled neck and therefore higher string height at the bridge, which is why it has a G model. The ESP EC-1000ET has no neck angle, lower string height at the bridge and therefore uses the F model bridge. Gibson SG guitars are indeed too thin, but a custom backplate can be made in order to install an EverTune. The EverTune requires extensive routing performed to a guitar in order to fit. It would be much easier to simply purchase one of the two EverTune fitted LTD ED-1000 models that ESP offers.

$400 installation fee, plus whatever the part costs. Changed the way my guitar played and sounded. Not a fan.

S series guitars are too thin unfortunately.

S series guitars are too thin, and the existing trem routes need to be filled in prior to the EverTune installation, making the installation more tricky and expensive, and will leave installation marks around the bridge unless the body gets refinished.

No. They don't do it for acoustics. Not yet anyways. There are whispers of it being in development though.

zerny Because this bride is designed to be used for electric guitar strings, and thus is also meant to be used in an electric body. There's a lot of routing and cutting of wood that just isn't in an acoustic.
