Every now and then my friend who lives in turbhe is greeted by a man who flashes his dick and runs away. Also, he does it on a non-regular basis so it was hard to get a hold of him. Such things happen in Mumbai too. She almost caught up to him once and since then, he hasn't been seen.

I am living in Delhi since 1998, but went to Mumbai for 2 years. Trust me Delhi nowhere stands near Mumbai. Women safety way better, job opportunities, people are very good, the richest person are down to earth and don't like to show off. Come to food, idiots from Delhi don't know anything apart from type of chapatis, butter chicken, and paneer in the name of veg and those idiots never tasted malabar, Konkani food in Mumbai. Only they know some snacks of Mumbai from whatsapp or Facebook. Now coming to girls, only dress up and looks don't makes you beautiful. Mumbai girls have a charm to talk, they are pretty straight forward and stays real always and are self made. While Delhi girls knows only to show off. Same is the case with boys. They only know how to make body and going into gym and showing dad's money is their talent. As you know, "tu jaanta hai mera baap kaun hai" is famous dialogue. But Mumbai it's reply will be "tujhe bhi maarunga, tere baap ko bhi. Dhandhe ka time hai, khoti mat kar". Because Mumbaikars don't have time for this bullshit.
