Every other card game I've played digitally has had some sort of best of 3 or conquest like mode and that quickly becomes my favorite way to play. The fact that hearthstone has not even attempted something similar in over 10 years is pretty baffling to me.

As much as I love the idea of a conquest mode or something similar, it would mean that the games would take much longer and you would need 4 decks which blizzard doesn’t want at least for the first one since they tend to limit the time of games. Don’t get me wrong it feels really compelling !

Aside from the conquest, how would you feel if you couldn't face the same class back to back ONLY if you requeue with the same deck? Just to spice it up a li'l Sure there's abuse in that world as well but whenever someone talks about being able to ban a class, I always thought this was a little more eloquent

2:20 the deck tracker cheated a little there, it showed not only what got dredged on top by vargoth but also the other card that's now on the bottom (scales of onyxia)

Bots wouldn't play conquest anyways because they would have to draft and program multiple decks. The point of bots is to be lazy not increase the workload

Conquest would be cool but set up to fail, because if you don't make it different classes, what stops them from running the same decks? And if you do, you need 4 decks in 4 different classes, even 3 decks is a lot. It would stop bots but also 99.9% of the community
