Coach do you know what makes you special in comparison with other channels? Each time someone arrives and see one of your vids he will not leave the same as he came, he comes empty handed and leaves with something that he received for free, he comes "hungry" but does not leave the same way, he comes without boxing knowledge and leaves with some boxing know how. Great knowledge share and each time the passion that you are putting in these videos, can be seen in your eyes. I think you do not get the right deserved credit for the efforts, I think people need to start and realize what you are doing is not easy and that we should appreciate and cherish all these "boxing diamonds" that you are giving us as presents.

The things you showing me I didn’t know I knew. A guy showed me something’s when I was 18. Basics! But never explained it...then I road out to another facility, we corespondent through the mail so the details was even less. What I’m saying is you finally helping me understand what I was doing by not even knowing I was doing it, if that makes any sense to you. We lost contact but I feel like I’m rite on the yard with him but in more detail thx Coach!

this drill remind me of something happen, before years i was training in mma gym, i was sparring with desert force fighter i will not mention his name,i was striking him punches and low kicks very fast in and out the fastest i can that he doesn't have the chance to do this i mean counter in this way because they drill this, he lost his mind and under hook my shoulders hold me which is not allowed in kickboxing, wasn't mma he didn't have the proper boxer mentality, i like this video is basic and good, i have to counter not stand waiting my turn to strike back, i need to full my mind with boxers tactics, thank you coach anthony

i want to explain here maybe better, to encourage for hitting back and be more safe in the ring, you can hit any area in the abdominal to cause suffocation not only focus for liver shot, the area below the chest which is upper part abdominal can suffocate by hitting straight punches, to strike more and not trying to find the shot, thank you very much

Coach, have you always trained Mr fast Eddie Chambers? If so I think you stopped in with him in the gym I was training at years ago in New London CT while he was getting ready to fight at Mohegan Sun. I remember speaking to his brother Steve who looked so much bigger (muscular) than me but was only 147 lbs. Very nice people.
