@@dwarfogaming9323 Yes. They decided not to have him say her name unless the situation was serious, like when she was shot in the pilot, and afterward in the hospital. The original comment said that S3 was the first time he called her Chloe to her face. I'm just reminding people this isn't the case.

He definitely wanted her in his stable but he goes off to find TooVile without even considering bringing her, etc. I think MAYBE their discussion in TooVile's driveway could be the start but even that is super fast.

And what a glow up comparing to the end of season 6... All her life it was her greatest fear - losing him. It goes from the time he didn't show up at their very first date, later - when he left her after she almost died and came back married, then - that farewell before he went to Hell at the first time. Later that fear was pulled on by Michael, then - when her daughter told her he wasn't on her deathbed. But at the very end she was able to put her fear aside and tried to reassure him this is for good sake. Such a character development 👍

I started crying help

I became depressed for like a week or two after that season finale, no joking. I started to cry randomly throughout my days as I remembered that he had to go just when she realised she loved him and finally was able to say it. Whole season 4 was a big lump to the throat.

Their chemistry is palpable - Lauren has such an incredible emotional range, she makes Chloe real. My heart melts each time they connect. I just finished rewatching the final season. The writing for the last episode was incredible.

The authors had to create a pointless one in order to separate them and force the plot to a pointless separation. They ruined the show in the very end. What a waiste of a good story...

@@eirien6601 can't agree. I mean obv the writers made up some silly traumatic obstacle, that's how the show works. But eternal love requires some major sacrifices.

Lucifer, as the main character, was all about his constant struggle to overcome all the bullshit his family did to him (and said about him). And in the end, when he finally can estabilish and keep deep and meaningful relationships, whe he finally has a chance to be a better father then his, the authors force him to undergo a new trauma,? To be the source of his whackjob daughter's trauma, and for no real reason? And about the "major sacrifices", the authors already played that card too many times, when Lucifer returned to hell the first time, or when he and Chloe died for each other. And no other couple in the show was asked for something like that to "sanctify" their love. I'd prefer he died for Rory, honestly. It would have made much more sense.

Very important point. If they were to make another season, they would need to make it contain a bunch of drama and trauma. I'm not sure I could take anymore.
