I was there for every home game. 22 years as a season ticket holder waiting for a run like this. It sucks they fell short, but what a ride it was.

What an amazing run man, so much fun and miracles all the way through, beating historic Boston, Toronto and Carolina. Incredible. Too bad they couldn't get it done, Vegas was on another level. This run was almost an exact replica of my 2021 Habs.

As a canes fan, I was so sad, but I picked my head up fast because our team was so good last year and we made so much progress last year. And I was cheering for the panthers because the Staal brothers.

Tell yourselves whatever you have to in order to get through the night. Truth is the refs let a scrub team commit infraction on top of infraction for the first three rounds and then started calling you for your crap and, voila you couldn't hang. The other teams have you number now and I predict we've seen the last of the pussycats. The hockey world has had enough of Tkachucky the clown and the toddlers.

I feel like the nhl has had almost a decade long run of amazing Cinderella playoff runs that fall short in the final. 14 rangers, 15 lightning, 16 sharks, 17 preds, 18 Vegas, 20 Dallas, 21 Montreal, and now 23 florida. The blues in 2019 feel like the exception cause I would say they were the more unexpected run and last year was great because both tampa and Colorado were powerhouses

I’m one of the biggest fans you can find of the cats, makes me wanna cry watching this but I used all my tears they night we lost in the finals. 😭🥹 great run boys, let’s do it again. I enjoyed the playoffs so much, me and my best friend that used to hate hockey but now loves it do death, would watch every game with me. Me and him watched literally every game of the season. Let’s go cats! Edit: I was lucky enough to attend game 4, by friend went to a Toronto game, with Duclair amazing goal!!

As a Leaf fan, it was painful to say the least seeing how our season ended right in front of my eyes. I gotta hand it to Florida though, made the adjustments against Boston, embarrassed Toronto, and staved off the Hurricane in 4 straight games, only to run into a VGK a team that just wouldn’t be stopped this year.

We would have had a much better chance for sure I think our win showed we still had it to take Vegas to task. But Vegas really fucking showed up in games 4 and 5. It would have been a fucking battle and a half to really cut them down and I think in the end they were still better than us. But I wish we weren't suffering so much from injuries to see what we could have done.

Even if they were fully healthy, I’m not sure they beat VGK they way VGK was playing. It is possible that if Florida was fully healthy they get an extra goal late in game 4 to force OT and win it in OT, then all of a sudden it’s a different series.

Florida’s Cup run was a waste of our time They were so awful in the SCF it’s like they were never there at all. Florida would have been better off losing to Boston in 5.
