He's so disappointing. Runs good routes and can get open, shifty with the ball in his hands, but catch concentration just isn't consistent.

@@Cbay1919 And whenever he does catch the ball, he has an annoying habit of running backwards instead forward to get the positive YAC. The Steelers were better off keeping James Washington. Imagine how good Pittsburgh's passing attack would be with Pickett throwing to Pickens, Friermuth, James Washington and Steve Sims.
