Literally one of my favorite characters with, arguably, one of the dopest designs in Naruto. He was introduced and taken out too early in the series unfortunately. It took Gaara and rock Lee to beat him, so essentially, a Kage level jinjuuriki, with automated defenses, and a low kage-high jonin level Taijutsu user, had high dif against him 😬😬👌🏼

I think that the kekkei genkai that are connected to chakra change and so yin and yang can be done by annyone who mastered it, it's just taht it's very hard but I think it can be done even tho you're not part of that specific clan I also think that the specific clan just has natural talent and that's just the whole reason but if annyone has the chakra changes and yin and yang release and works really hard then he could make it

Actually I do think that Garra when Chukaku was still inside him that he was using the tail beast Magnet release but when it was extracted from him that is when his own magnet release awaken A hiden proof of this is the form and shape of "the desert hand jutsu" you will see that it's different depending on when you see him use that jutsu

Ocular are bloodline. But not exactly any chakra nature. Those are pure genetics. Because think about it. What chakra nature would Sharigan be? Can’t tell. Although when higher levels of sharigan are unlocked they unlock unique abilities to that person specifically.

I personally believe ocular Jutsu are various combinations of yin, yang, and yin-yang releases. Hugo’s is a mix of nature and spiritual chakra and different amounts of certain chakra natures when combined have different effects

It bothers me that sometimes it is a very cool power inherited by your unique genes, and then you hear that it's just a special combo of chakra natures that doesn't even make sense most of the time... They first said that Haku's ice was like a sharingan, that it was a unique ability from his clan that couldn't be learned without the gene. The author should have kept that simple definition, it just made things messy by trying to make things sound complex and smart... It makes the concept of clans way more coherent and cool, especially when thinking about the lost ''Kekkei Genkais'' that built Konoha (Wood style, Adamantine sealing chains and Sharingan) because we know they are lost for ever... It doesn't make sense to bring chakra natures there because that means that every special ability related to a clan is used with a combo of chakras, like Shino's. Don't tell me that when Shino is comanding his bugs it is a combination of air and earth haha! It should have been a simple and rare talent that goes off the charts, like in the begining, which would have made the concepts of ''protecting your clan's jutsus'' and ''destroying the body of the fallen'' way more coherent and powerful. But it's still a very cool idea to do combos like that, so it would have been nice to separate the two ideas or regulate it better so that it would make more sense

He doesnt need to be reanimated. If a tailed beast dies, they are reincarnated once their chakra gathers. That was stated somewhere, but I forgot where.
