Plus in MK11, Cetrion revealed that Liu Kang always has Onaga's fire all this time, hinting that Liu Kang and Onaga might be related. Make sense since Liu Kang was so strong in OG timeline, and the most obvious can transform and summon dragon. It will be dope to see Liu Kang vs Onaga. Plus, fun fact - Liu Kang actually deal double damage against Onaga gameplaywise in MKD. It will be a full circle references if now Liu Kang is related to Onaga, and finally fight each other canonically.

@@godslayer8894 There is a rumor about a brand new Titan will show up in the game, but only appear at the last scene to setup the sequel. Again, just a rumor. As for Onaga, remember back in MKD, the Kamidogu almost make him the second One Being. The only reason Shujinko manage to beat him is because he absorbed all fighters power at that time. Since this is new era, they can create many new lore, such as Liu Kang and Onaga is related all this time, and maybe a new lore that the Dragon King race is considered a threat to balance, hence why in the previous two timeline, Kronika make sure Onaga and Liu Kang never stay alive. Just some idea. Anyway if you ask me personally, I do want to see a brand new villain, and the new Titan is definitely gonna appear soon but right now, it seem guarantee Onaga will be in this game. Let see whether he is the main villain, or there will be a surprised one
