The person who was in charge of the opening for samurai to ninja steel was the same person who wrote the English Code Lyoko opening

Also with hyperforce at the end its not technically a power rangers show, more of a Tabletop RPG series in a similar vein to critical role etc. Its essentially about a team of time force cadets with their mentor being time force pink. Also the person who played Bulk in MMPR etc is the yellow ranger.

The reason there were 2 seasons for some of them cause it was the Neo Saban era, where the shows aired on Nickelodeon. The Nickelodeon deal made them split up the 40 episode season into 2 seasons, the first 20 is seaosn 1 or the normal season, the last 20 is season 2 or the super season. Realistically these eras of seasons are shit as the only season worth watching is Dino Charge.

Don't watch Samurai - it's so bad lmao. It was rushed out of production by Saban when they brought the franchise back, and openly admitted they had people just straight up translating the sentai show for the script at some point. Second worst season, only better than Megaforce/Super Megaforce lol. If you want to see the pirates that swap powers in action - watch the Sentai, Gokaiger. It's one of the most amazing shows even with no sentai context. The characters are literal space pirates that came to earth looking for the "Greatest Treasure in the Universe" - which they were told was there, after they spent years gathering the Sentai Ranger Keys. (how those came to form gets explained during the show/movie) At least one previous sentai actor from the every previous season (including the original 1975 series) appears in the show, and (almost) every team is given a focus episode. That wasn't the original plan for the series though, the only planned returning actor were from teams that the zords got powerups from, but the big earthquake struck right after the 3rd episode starring Magiranger's (Mystic Force) Red Ranger, and kids were talking about how they look to Super Sentai to keep them strong on social media, which led to lots of previous Sentai actors reaching out to Toei to reprise their roles. So by comparison, megaforce (which ignores the pirate theme altogether, never has them transform into lightspeed rescue, and has them transform into Sentai-only rangers (under the guise of "You've unlocked access to new powers never before seen on Earth") was shit. Lmao. --- Also, there's one more season - Cosmic Fury, that was made after that video lol. There's also the Once and Always MMPR special, which had an opening made for it as well.
