I... I have these... Moments in life where I consider if any of it is worth it, if I should just escape. They are kinda like panic attacks, when I get them I feel like I can't breathe, I feel trapped, pinned against the wall, it is the the worst kind of anxiety.I can't bring myself to talk to anyone, it's just too embarrassing. And after life has bloodied and bruised my aching soul, that knife, those pills, that window, they all begin to look less like a evil thoughts and more like shortcuts and escapes. Whenever I find myself in this state of mind, I go to KZfaq and Google to fill the empty void in my gut with reassuring and motivational words. It helps, temporarily, but it definitely helps. Tonight I was really thinking about it, I was going to do it, I really was. But I reasoned with myself, I forced myself to come here, this video along with others has comforted me, and maybe saved my life. I feel a little bit better, even if for a fleeting moment. Thank you, thanks for giving me strength to overcome these wretched emotions in my head.

Ecclectic Sayonce I've had those thoughts. I thought my life wasn't worth it. I wanted to do it. But you have to think of your future, your husband/wife, your kids, your career, and your family. My family, and all those things, they kept me going in life. I wanted to be in the Navy, like my brave grandfather. I wanted to act like my strong great great aunt. Find your motivation. Find your purpose. Remember that God Almighty is watching over you at this moment, making sure you're ok. He won't let anything happen to you. People in this world love you , I love you, we're all brothers and sisters. You can't let yourself go. Just think, suicide is the end. After that, you're done. No more hugs or "I love yous". No more high fives or smiles. No more. You're gone. These thoughts kept me going, they motivated me. I found my purpose in my one and only life. I hope when you read this. You stay strong. You make sure that even through hard times, people will be there for you. I hope this helps you, and I hope you can power through these hard times. Remember, "If you don't create your reality, your reality will create you." ❤

I spent the first 25 years of my life abused by an alcoholic father. Life was dark and unfair, my mother chose to stay, and we all suffered in a toxic family environment daily. We didn’t abandon him... but I know what it did to me. We suffered for him to someday see him get better... Today, I run away from all forms of commitment bc I don’t want any more pain. I thought that leaving my alcoholic dad behind would take pain away... the pain never leaves you. Giving up doesn’t solve the problem. It will never solve the pain.
