This is a very fun and challenging event that the PBA has been running for 2 years in a row.
It requires a lot of stamina, strength, and conditioning from the players to be able to throw as many strikes as possible in less than 2 minutes.
This is the collection of all the shots of the 2021 PBA Strike Derby in HD.
Each player will have two minutes to roll as many strikes as he can.
After all 12 players have taken their turns, the top six will advance into match play.
Those qualifying first and second will receive byes into the semifinals, while those qualifying third through sixth will need to win a match to reach the semifinals.
All matches will also allot two minutes to each player.

Am I the only who noticed this (and I noticed this during the broadcast)? How did the bowler not notice this? How did no one within the building notice this? At 47:15 into the video, the 5-pin is missing from the rack! In a Brunswick pinsetter! How did the machine set the pins without the 5-pin? The 5-pin is the final pin to reach the turret; the pin goes into the turret via a center chute with a pin release lever that requires the presence of the 5-pin in order to release the other nine pins in the turret and be able to set a full rack. After the bowler waited for the 180 stop to clear and to set the pins, the 5-pin was missing, but it appears no one noticed it! So, how did the pins get set without the 5-pin?
